Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We ship UPS standard ground unless a faster method is specifically requested. In most cases your order will take 10-14 days to ship once it has been placed.
Refund Policy
All custom orders and artwork/setup fees are non-refundable. For any of our other products we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
