How to Order

• Just send us an email with an attached Jpeg, Tiff or Adobe Illustrator file of your logo or artwork to: info@logosonlenses.com   Make sure you include all your contact information so that we can match it to your Custom Order and Credit Card forms.

• ******** For “Custom Game Day Mini Paks” we need to have a vector formatted file such as Adobe Illustrator.  Jpeg will not work for this custom product.  ********

• Print out our Custom Order Form CLICK HERE and Credit Card Authorization Form CLICK HERE.  Fill in the pertinent information and fax to us at  856-222-9036.

• There is a $50.00 deposit required for the artwork and set up fee. That will include up to three logos and/or revisions. Anything required after that will be billed at $25.00 per hour.  All custom logo deposits are non-refundable.

• We will work up the design within 2-3 business days and send it back to you for your approval.

• Once you have approved your design(s) it will take 10-14 business days to process and ship your order.

• For Sunglasses there is a minimum order of thirty-six (36) pairs, and all orders must be placed in increments of 36.

•  For the Game Day Mini Paks there is a minimum of thirty (30). You have a choice of red, pink, black, navy, brown, beige, or camo bags for custom.

• Custom Glasses are only $14.95 a pair.  Custom Game Paks are $10.95 each.
